To start out with preFIX your store needs to go through a special on-boarding process, which ensures that you are on the very latest version and helps you build a fresh new look.
Until you complete this on-boarding, we can monitor your store and keep it 'in the compound' but it will not be updated along with other stores.
There is no additional cost for this - each preFIX subscription includes the on-boarding process to get you up to date via our Push Button Upgrade portal - our automated upgrade system.
